Drift Bar is based in the beautiful beach towns of Santa Teresa and Malpais on the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica. We provide professional bar services for all occasions with various options for size and budget. Whether planning your destination wedding, birthday party, New Years celebration, or just a gathering of friends for sunset drinks, we have all your bar needs covered.
A little about Drift concept…
Our concept is simple: remove all artificial ingredients from cocktails and replace with natural, fresh pressed juices. When using fresh fruits to make cocktail mixes, the need to add sugar is drastically reduced; when sugar is required we use unrefined organic sugar cane. Using a cold press juicer we make our own fresh juices, infuse sodas and alcohol with herbs and spices, and offer a good selection of sugar-free cocktails. We avoid the use of sweet, artificial tasting store-bought liqueurs: instead we make our own in-house using only natural ingredients.
Living in paradise, we are very environmentally conscious. We don’t like to see plastic washing up on our beaches, so we do all we can to make our bars as Eco friendly as possible. We offer biodegradable paper straws and bamboo stir sticks for our cocktails; and as all our drinks are made with fresh ingredients, all fruit waste from making juices is either composted or given to local farmers to feed their animals.

Full Bar Service
This package covers pretty much everything. Open bar for the duration of hours selected, which includes a great selection of liquor, 5 choices of specialty cocktails, local beer, privately imported wine, and optional Champagne toast. One bar and all glassware, coolers etc are included, so no added rental expenses.
Drift To-Go
Our Cocktail Shop is located 50 meters south of Hotel Tropico Latino in Santa Teresa. We offer a vast selection of premium cocktails made fresh daily with cold pressed juices, mixed with alcohol and bottled To-Go in 1 Liter bottles.
